WingX Managing Director Richard Koe spoke about the private jet industry’s success continuing into September.
Koe stated:
‘North America continues to underpin the global trend with consistent gains, while Europe’s softer performance reflects lingering headwinds despite bright spots in Switzerland and Italy. Meanwhile, Africa and South America are emerging as standout growth engines, adding fresh momentum beyond the traditional core markets. Major events such as the Italian Grand Prix underline the sector’s unique role in connecting global business and lifestyle hubs.’
Week-over-week, global private jet activity remained relatively flat.
However, the United States still saw a week-over-week increase of about 3%.
This was an approximate 13% increase year-over-year.
This increase was largely driven by increases in Florida, California, and Texas. Each of these states saw a respective week-over-week increase of 2-3%.
Texas saw the largest year-over-year increase, recording a 15% increase.
Europe saw a significant drop in private jet flight activity compared to last week, recording a 7% drop. This was equivalent to a 2% drop year-over-year.

Germany saw a 1% increase in private jet flights compared to last week, although it was still 1% lower year-over-year.

Nearly 100 business jet arrivals were recorded on Sunday, September 7th, at nearby airports, compared to only 55 private jet flights the past weekend.
Several other regions saw slight decreases in private jet flights compared to last week, including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
However, only the Middle East experienced a year-over-year decrease, recording approximately 3% fewer flights than in the previous year.
