JSX captures Forbes Travel Guide award for best small airline

JSX is adding another award to its trophy case.

This time it’s from Forbes Travel Guide.

JSX was named Best Small Airline.

Forbes Travel Guide wrote of JSX, “This public charter service makes passengers feel as if they are flying private. The cabin contains just 30 seats—none in the dreaded middle—all with ample leg room. And you can check in as late as 20 minutes before a domestic flight from a private terminal without worry.

JSX was named the top airline in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure earlier this year.

Earlier this month, it was ranked among the best by Condé Nast Traveler.

Last year, it was the only airline in the Airline Passenger Experience Association Awards to gain five stars in the regional carrier category.

Delta won the Best U.S. Airline.

It also won top honors for U.S. airline lounges and business class.

Emirates was the winner of Best International Airline.

It is also the best first class.

PS at Los Angeles International Airport won the Best Private Airport Experience.

Voting is by over 9,000 “well-traveled hospitality professionals.”

That includes “select luxury travel advisors, leaders of Forbes Travel Guide star-rated hotels, and FTG’s jet-setting incognito inspectors and executive trainers.”

The Verified Air Travel Award winners will be honored at The Summit, Forbes Travel Guide’s annual event dedicated to travel and luxury, in Monaco, February 24 to 27, 2026.
