Canadian management and charter operator Chartright Air Group has added a Bombardier Global 8000 to its managed fleet.

According to Chartright, it is the first operator in the world to fly the start-of-the-art Canadian-built ultra-long-haul jet.

COO Ben Boehm says, “Managing this best-in-class aircraft on behalf of our client reflects the depth of our trusted operational expertise and the strength of our longstanding relationship with Bombardier.”

He adds, “As the first to introduce the Global 7500 in Canada, we are proud to carry that legacy forward with the Global 8000.”

Boehm calls it “an important moment for both our company and the Canadian aerospace industry.”

The Global 8000 enables more nonstop international routes, including Toronto-Singapore, Vancouver-Dubai, or Montreal-Hong Kong.

Chartright Air Group also offers jet cards under the JetClub banner.

It recently added five Citation C560 light jets to support that program.
