FlyExclusive expects to expand its workforce in the city from 30 to 125 employees at a new location in One North Hills Tower.
FlyExclusive is expanding its presence in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The Kinston, North Carolina-based operator already had 30 team members based in the city.
By February, the company plans to occupy additional temporary office space to accommodate approximately 50 employees.
The permanent office space is scheduled to open by June.
The One North Hills Tower location will be home to around 125 people.
Per Triangle Business Journal, Raleigh will now serve as the company headquarters.
FlyExclusive called the move a “significant step in the company’s long-term growth strategy as it prepares for continued expansion in 2026 and beyond.”
It said the expanded presence will “attract top talent, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and accelerate execution as the company enters its next phase of disciplined growth.”
Chairman and CEO Jim Segrave said, “Raleigh sits at the center of a robust talent market and gives us the scale and proximity we need to move faster as a business.”
He added, “This expansion supports how we operate today, will improve how we deliver for our customers, and where we are headed as a company.”
The One North Hills office is just over an hour from where the company was founded in 2015 at the Kinston Regional Jetport.
MRO services will continue to be based in Kinston, along with maintenance leadership.
There will also be a new simulator training center.
An additional 121,000-square-foot hangar project will support the growth of the maintenance business.
The company is currently evaluating a second paint booth to support that business.
Segrave said, “This move strengthens the entire company,” adding, “It positions us to collaborate better, grow faster, and continue building what we believe will be the premier private jet operator in the industry.”
FlyExclusive is the fifth-largest U.S. private jet operator measured by charter and fractional flight hours.
North Carolina ranked number one on CNBC’s 2025 best states for business list.
It also topped the list in 2022 and 2023.
