Aero is partnering with Blade to offer shared private jet flights between Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles and East Hampton Airport.
By-the-seat private jet airline Aero will offer single-ticket flights this summer between Los Angeles and East Hampton in partnership with Blade.
The first flight is on June 22, 2026.
Flights operate between Van Nuys and East Hampton airports.
Aero is using a Gulfstream GIV-SP.
Passengers fly Aero from Los Angeles to an airport in the New York area.
They are then transferred planeside to a Blade helicopter flight for the final leg to East Hampton.
Eastbound flights operate on Fridays with Sunday returns.
Seats are $7,750 each way.
Flights operate through Aug. 30, 2026.
Aero CEO Ben Klein says, “Some trips look easy on a map and feel impossible in practice.”
He adds, “Even New York to the Hamptons can take half a Friday in typical summer traffic.”
Klein says the partnership with Blade avoids Long Island traffic for flyers who use commercial airlines to arrive at JFK from LAX.
“This is exactly what Aero is for: routes our guests want to fly, built to ensure the journey is as easy as it is luxurious,” says Klein.
On board will be a top-shelf open bar, fresh fare from Erewhon, Sadelle’s, and Parm, and Starlink Wi-Fi.
Dogs are welcome in the cabin, regardless of size.
The itinerary accommodates one large and one small checked bag per guest, checked once at Van Nuys and ready on arrival in East Hampton.
Westbound flights depart Van Nuys Airport at 8:30 a.m. and arrive in East Hampton at 4:50 p.m.
Return flights depart HTO at 2:00 p.m. and arrive back in Los Angeles at 5:50 p.m.
Aero operates as a scheduled public charter.
In April, Aero announced flights from Miami to Aspen and Los Angeles.
