Delta Air Lines-backed Wheels Up had already surpassed its number of 2025 Brand Days back in May before now hitting the century mark.
Wheels Up has reached 100 Brand Days – days with zero operational cancellations so far in 2026, according to the Delta Air Lines-backed private jet company.
In May, Wheels Up said it had surpassed its full-year 2025 zero-cancellation days.
The fourth-largest operator ranked by charter and fractional hours said the new mark reflects “continued progress in strengthening performance and delivering a more reliable, customer-focused experience.”
COO Dave Holtz said, “Reaching 100 Brand Days is an important moment for Wheels Up and, most importantly, for our customers and members.”
The former Delta Air Lines executive adds, “It reflects the discipline, teamwork, and focus our teams bring to the business every day. Reliability is earned one flight at a time, and this progress shows the standard we are setting for our customer experience.”
Wheels Up defines completion rate as the percentage of total scheduled flights operated and completed, excluding customer-initiated flight cancellations.
The company has transitioned its jet fleet to Phenom 300s and Challenger 300s, retiring and selling older, less reliable aircraft.
It expects to double the fleet of Embraer and Bombardier aircraft this year.
Last month, Delta Air Lines provided a $100 million term loan to support fleet growth.
