Publicly-traded Surf Air Mobility will release its second quarter 2026 financial results after market close on Monday, August 10, 2026.

It will host a webcast at 5:00 pm ET the same day.

Last week, Surf Air also received a compliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange.

While its common stock will continue to trade as normal, the company was alerted that it was in breach of the NYSE continued listing standards.

Surf Air Q1 2026

This follows its Q1 results reported in May, when Surf Air reported $25.6 million in revenue and a net loss of $20.3 million.

Their main source of revenue, $10.1 million, came from Surf On Demand private charter revenue.

Their revenue increased 77% year over year.

But their net loss also increased by about 10% from the prior year’s $18.5 million.

Regarding the net loss, the increase was mostly due to higher other expenses of $7.0 million.

This was partially offset by a $2.1 million increase in revenue.

It was coupled with decreases in operating expenses of $3.1 million.”

In an announcement at the time, Surf Air CEO Deanna White said, “The efficiencies gained within our core businesses in the first quarter are a clear indication of the value that SurfOS and our partnership with Palantir delivers.”

Compliance Notice from the NYSE

Surf Air received a compliance notice from the NYSE on July 24, where it trades publicly as SRFM.

The notice, which will have no immediate impact on the stock, warned that SRFM had failed listing requirements.

In a press release, Surf Air stated that it’d notify the NYSE of its intent to “regain compliance with Rule 802.01C and cure the stock price deficiency.”

The rule in question from the NYSE Listed Company Manual is the Price Criteria.

It requires the security’s average closing price not to fall below $1.00 over a consecutive 30-day trading period.

From June 24 to July 24, SRFM traded on average below $1.00, and as of writing, averages $0.80.

SRFM has been in a steady downward trend since it was listed in July 2023 at around $22.

The company stated it wanted to “regain compliance organically.”

At an annual stockholder meeting on July 24, shareholders also agreed to consider other ways to raise the stock price above $1.

One potential solution under consideration was a reverse stock split, which would involve merging company shares to raise their value.

Surf Air stated in their press release that the “notice is not anticipated to impact the ongoing business operations of Surf Air Mobility.”

SRFM opened this morning at $0.82.

It has traded between $0.66 and $6.17 over the past 52 weeks.
