The new facility includes a 17,069-square-foot private terminal for customers, two hangars, a maintenance hub, and preferred ramp space.
NetJets has opened its new private terminal at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, part of a 300,000-square-foot complex developed with Signature Aviation.
The new facility includes a 17,069-square-foot private terminal exclusively for NetJets customers, two hangars, a maintenance hub, and more than 250,000 square feet of preferred ramp space.
It is the first ground-up development NetJets and Signature Aviation have undertaken together.
The opening comes as NetJets continues expanding its network of private terminals and dedicated facilities, including projects in Dallas, Palm Beach, and Washington, D.C.
NetJets President Patrick Gallagher called the Las Vegas facility and other growth on the ground “much more than an investment in real estate.”
The investments aim to give NetJets customers a more consistent experience while improving aircraft availability and operational efficiency.
Las Vegas has become an increasingly important market for the world’s largest private jet operator.
NetJets says flight activity to Las Vegas increased nearly 45% between 2022 and 2025, reaching almost 8,000 flights last year.
Demand during 2026 has been nearly 30% higher than during the corresponding period last year, according to the company.
During the ribbon-cutting, Gallagher said, “As demand continues to grow, so does our responsibility to ensure they enjoy reliable access, greater privacy, and the highly personalized service they expect, all in a space designed just for them.”
Gallagher added:
‘We continue to strengthen the infrastructure, fleet, teams, and operations that support every journey and enable our (fractional) owners to be where they need and want to be, on their timelines and terms. We invest where our customers want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel.’
Growth in Las Vegas is supported by an expanding calendar of major sporting events, entertainment, and luxury hospitality that drive demand.
The new terminal features a private lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a dedicated family room.
A direct airside access gate allows customers to travel between their vehicles and aircraft without passing through shared terminal areas.
NetJets service representatives will also be stationed at the facility.
Beyond the passenger terminal, the complex includes two hangars, one supporting NetJets fleet operations and another operated by its aircraft management subsidiary, Executive Jet Management.
The preferred ramp space can accommodate approximately 25 aircraft.
A NetJets Service Hub will operate around the clock, providing aircraft cleaning, restocking, and proactive maintenance.
The company says the facility will help reduce aircraft downtime and improve aircraft readiness across its western U.S. operations.
For fractional owners and jet card customers, the operational infrastructure could be as important as the private terminal itself, particularly during periods of heavy demand.
“Together with NetJets, we are proud to open a luxury facility that reflects the future of private aviation, focused on seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience,” said Signature Aviation CEO Tony Lefebvre.
The project also reflects the growing importance of dedicated ground infrastructure as large private aviation providers seek to differentiate their offerings beyond aircraft and flight services.
NetJets and Signature are collaborating on additional facilities in Dallas, Palm Beach, and Washington, D.C.
