NetJets will open new dedicated private terminals for its customers in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Colorado, while expanding Palm Beach.
The world’s largest private jet company, NetJets, is expanding its network of private terminals dedicated to its customers.
This morning, the Berkshire Hathaway unit announced three new locations.
Private jet terminals will serve flyers traveling to and from Dallas at Love Field (DAL), Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia at Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Colorado’s Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL).
News of the Dallas facility was first reported in September.
The new locations give NetJets exclusive-use facilities for customers in nine of the 13 busiest U.S. private jet airports.
That includes all six of the busiest airports: Teterboro, Love Field, Westchester County, Donald J. Trump, Dulles, and Las Vegas Harry Reid.
Scottsdale is ranked eighth, Van Nuys ninth, and Naples, Florida, 13th.
Recent filings suggest a private terminal in Austin, Texas, is also in the future.
NetJets is also expanding its private terminal at Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT) in West Palm Beach.
That facility will grow by 50% to 15,000 square feet.
“As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our (fractional) owners expect where they fly most,” said Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation.
The latest additions give it 15 private terminals, either open or in development.

The company says the facilities “enhance the dependable access and anticipatory service that define seamless travel for NetJets customers.”
Per NetJets:
‘Exclusive-use terminals give Owners access to NetJets-only facilities that offer greater privacy, premium amenities, and thoughtful assistance from dedicated, on-site NetJets Service Representatives who work to ensure every arrival and departure detail is personalized and perfectly orchestrated. Each facility features inviting lounges, VIP conference rooms, and curated design elements that reflect the character of its region.’
In terms of specifics, NetJets outlined the expansion by airport.
Flight activity at Love Field is up more than 25% since 2022, according to NetJets.
The new complex, totaling nearly 114,000 square feet, is set to open in late 2028.
It includes a private terminal, developed in partnership with Signature Aviation.
A second NetJets Service Hub hangar will build on the existing maintenance hangar established in 2021.
The lounge will feature a Southwest-inspired design, with stone and other natural materials.
The site will include additional parking and a dedicated airside gate.
Dulles Airport is consistently among NetJets’ top five destinations, according to the company.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027 to convert the first and second floors of an existing three-story Signature Aviation facility into a dedicated space of more than 14,000 square feet.
The goal is to create an open and unified experience; a new grand staircase will visually and physically connect both levels.
It will offer a lounge with ample seating, a family room, and private VIP suites.
Aspen’s runway renovations and routine operational issues will increase traffic at Colorado’s Rifle Garfield County Airport.
NetJets anticipates its RIL facility will be operational by early 2027, before the Aspen airport closure.
It will feature a 6,000-square-foot private terminal—built from the ground up in partnership with Vantage Aviation.
A new hangar will enhance winter operational reliability.
The private terminal will include a lounge with mountain views and incorporate natural materials reflective of the surrounding landscape.
NetJets is partnering with Signature Aviation in a transition to a larger exclusive-use terminal.
The new facility’s footprint will increase from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet.
Donald J. Trump International is NetJets’ fourth-busiest airport.
