The Kansas City Chiefs announced yesterday that the NFL football team has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Executive AirShare, which will make the privately owned aircraft service provider the club’s first-ever Official Private Aircraft Services Partner.

“We are extremely excited to announce this partnership with Executive AirShare,” Chiefs President Mark Donovan said. “This partnership offers us unique opportunities and advantages that are necessary in an industry that requires timeliness and efficiency. After establishing a relationship with the Kansas City-based company throughout the years, we are thrilled to build upon that as it will benefit not only the Kansas City Chiefs but also Executive AirShare.”

Headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, Executive AirShare sells fractional aircraft shares and jet cards with operational centers throughout the Central United States and the Great Lakes regions.

It provides day-based fractional aircraft ownership programs for companies and individuals for private flying, as well as aircraft management and charter services.

“Partnering with the Chiefs long-term was a natural fit for our business,” Executive AirShare President and CEO John Owen said. “Both organizations believe enhanced productivity is a key to achieving success, which is why strengthening our existing relationship was so attractive. As passionate fans of our hometown team, we are proud to help the Chiefs continue their winning tradition, and look forward to collaborating with them on activation that will greatly benefit Executive AirShare as well.”

As part of the partnership, Executive AirShare will focus on team and community-driven events.

They will be the presenting partner of the Chiefs Draft Fest VIP event, a Silver Sponsor of the 101 Awards, and an Associate Partner of the Chiefs Fantasy Camp.

Executive AirShare will provide a select number of round-trip flights for individuals and groups attending the sponsored events.

Additionally, the collaborative effort between the two organizations offers a unique advantage for the Chiefs’ Coaching and Personnel Departments towards their scouting efforts and draft preparation.

Through the partnership, Executive AirShare will offer several round-trip flights for the Chiefs to use during each covered season.

The ability to travel on short notice gives the Chiefs an advantage in an industry that requires frequent travel, according to a press release.

“Having worked with Executive AirShare personally in the past, I know that their customer service and hospitality are second to none,” Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid said. “To have the opportunity to jump on a plane and scout several future draft prospects or attend key league events without having to worry about travel and time constraints is a huge advantage for our football operations staff and team.”

Executive AirShare serves the Kansas City metropolitan area (Kansas and Missouri); Wichita, Kansas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Texas; and Buffalo, New York. Its subsidiary, Executive Flight Services, manages aircraft for owners from bases in Fort Worth, Dallas, Wichita, Kansas City, and Buffalo. Executive AirShare currently serves the Central U.S. and Great Lakes regions, operating a fleet of Bombardier Learjet 45XR, Embraer Phenom 300 and Phenom 100, Cessna Citation CJ2+, and Beechcraft King Air 350i aircraft. Executive AirShare also offers aircraft management and charter services through its subsidiary, Executive Flight Services.
