Fast-growing Jet Linx Aviation is partnering with flight school ATP to build its future supply of pilots

Omaha-based Jet Linx Aviation, ranked as North America’s seventh-largest operator, is building its future pipeline of pilots.

The aircraft management and jet card provider has partnered with ATP Flight School, the nation’s largest.

The program creates a new hiring pathway offering qualified ATP candidates. It gives them a direct path to join Jet Linx as a First Officer upon reaching specified qualifications.

“It is an honor to join forces with such a highly respected institution as ATP to create new career paths for their trained and qualified candidates,” said Jamie Walker, President and CEO of Jet Linx Aviation.

He added, “We are proud to partner with a like-minded and forward-thinking company who shares similar values and is equally committed to developing collaborative solutions that benefit our industry and help us prepare for the future.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Jet Linx to provide ATP graduates a defined pathway to enter the corporate aviation sector flying for a reputable, expanding Part 135 operator,” said Ashley Pillon, Director of Airline and Corporate Partnerships of ATP.

She noted, “Jet Linx offers both a compelling career destination and a pathway to advance to a legacy airline.”

In August 2019, Jet Linx partnered with Southwest Airlines to create Destination 225°. It’s a pathway to facilitate entry into the aviation industry from initial training to private aviation and then the airlines.

Earlier this year the provide aviation company opened its first Florida based at Miami’s Opa Locka Airport. It also bought Boca Raton-based Southern Jet.
