Pilatus PC-12 operator Tradewind Aviation is opening a South Florida base and bringing its Goodspeed jet card to the Sunshine State.
Another charter operator is expanding its jet card program as Tradewind Aviation opens shop in South Florida.
The Connecticut-based Pilatus PC-12 operator will open a base in the Palm Beach area in September.
“We are thrilled to be expanding with a new Southeast hub, allowing Tradewind to better serve our
growing client base throughout the Southeast,” said Eric Zipkin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
of Tradewind Aviation.
He added, “With over 20 years of operation, our move into the Southeast will be a big
advantage for us and further elevate the Tradewind offering.”
Its Goodspeed jet card currently has a primary service area of 300 miles from White Plains, New York, and San Juan, Puerto Rico bases.
Co-Founder and CMO David Zipkin says the South Florida area offering one-way pricing without repositioning will be at least as large as the current zones.
The expansion is being powered by the delivery of its 2022 order for 20 new Pilatus PC-12 NGX aircraft.
