Thrive Aviation has secured Wyvern’s Wingman Certified Operator status.

“This achievement truly affirms our vision from day one – to excel in safety standards and provide superior experiences. This certification is a cemented promise to our clients that we can accommodate their needs worldwide, allowing them to put their utmost trust in our hands. We will maintain certification compliance in our daily flight operations and maintenance practices, consistently embodying its message: Safety is not just our responsibility; it is our main priority, says Rickey Oswald, Thrive’s Senior Vice President of Operations.

The scope of Wyvern’s evaluation includes assessing operational activities and reviewing the company’s operating history and safety records.

It also analyzes the provider’s Safety Management System (SMS).

An internal evaluation program covers administrative compositions, technical documentation, pilot and aircraft records, training requirements, and maintenance operations, including technician training and experience.

“We commend Thrive Aviation for successfully achieving their Wingman certification through their meticulous teamwork and participation in the Wyvern Flight Leader Program. They have demonstrated their full compliance with the Wingman Standard, which not only validates their safety management system for international compliance but also verifies their conformance to the highest global standards and industry professional codes of practice in operations and aircraft maintenance.,” says Andrew Day, Wyvern’s Vice President, Operations.

The Las Vegas-based operator also holds Platinum status from Argus and Stage 1 from ISBAO.

Through June, Thrive was ranked as the 24th-largest private jet operator based on fractional and charter flight hours.

It was also ranked on the Inc 5000 of fastest-growing privately held companies for the second year.
