The new Vista Global Special Events Unit will seek to minimize disruptions during big events that see increased private jet flight activity.
Vista Global has launched a Special Events Unit in North America.
The new group is designed “to address the growing demand for complex, high-profile travel.”
The team will support VistaJet and XO clients by “offering seamless travel solutions around major events.”
The team works with flight dispatchers and quality ambassadors.
The goal is to ensure smooth flight scheduling, security arrangements, airspace optimization, crew logistics, and fueling on the ground.
The new Special Events Unit is activated during periods of elevated demand.
For example, during F1 and the Super Bowl, the complexity of operations requires additional coordination.
Vista America President David Stanley says, “We recognize that the demand for precision and discretion in private aviation has never been greater.”
He adds, “Our team anticipates every detail to ensure safe, efficient, and discreet journeys.”
Clients choose us because we consistently meet these expectations on every journey, regardless of complexity. For us, excellence isn’t an aspiration — it’s the standard we uphold on every trip.”
Per the announcement, “The formation of the Special Events Unit underscores Vista’s proactive approach to meeting the evolving needs of high-profile travel.”
