NetJets to add private terminal in Augusta

NetJets is adding to its network of private terminals for its customers at the site of the Masters with an Augusta Regional Airport location.

Augusta, Georgia, home of the Masters and Augusta National Golf Club, will host an upcoming NetJets private terminal.

News of the location was shared earlier today by NetJets Aviation President Patrick Gallagher on social media.

The new private terminal will be at Augusta Regional Airport.

Earlier this year, NetJets opened a private terminal at Vail Eagle Airport.

Last October, it broke ground for its own terminal in Las Vegas.

However, Augusta was not mentioned when the world’s largest private jet company detailed future locations in June 2024.

Today, Gallagher wrote:

‘Over the last few years, we’ve made great strides in expanding our network of exclusive-use facilities—including Bozeman, Scottsdale, and Vail. On top of preparing to break ground on our Augusta (AGS) location later this year, we are excited for our other projects in various stages of development, including our Las Vegas (LAS) facility set to open in early summer 2026. With a dozen more in the pipeline, we look forward to continuing to enhance travel experiences at our customers’ favorite destinations.’

Rival Flexjet has also been expanding its own private terminal locations.

Recently, Jet Linx Executive Chairman Jamie Walker said the company was placing renewed focus on its local-market approach.

That approach revolves around nearly two dozen of its own private terminals.

The private terminals enhance ground experience, particularly at busy airports.

They also enable enhanced catering and better quality control.
