
Berkshire Hathaway’s NetJets expands ground experience and support for the world’s largest private jet fleet and customers.
NetJets has opened a dedicated facility at Eagle County Regional Airport.
EGE is the closest airport to Vail.
News came via a social media post by President Patrick Gallagher.
He wrote, “We recently cut the ribbon on our newest NetJets-exclusive facility near Vail, Colorado, at Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE).”
Gallagher added, “Proud to continue investing in locations where our owners travel the most and expand our real estate network.”
He concluded, “And those Rocky Mountain views are hard to beat!”
NetJets is the largest private jet flight provider in the world.
Last summer, Berkshire Hathaway’s aviation unit outlined its ground services investment.
A Scottsdale lounge opened last summer.
It broke ground on a new Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport space.
It opened a dedicated terminal in Bozeman, Montana.
Other initiatives in the works include busy private jet airports, including Atlanta (PDK), Bedford, Mass. (BED), Austin, Texas (AUS), and Dallas (DAL).
Earlier this year, NetJets expanded its jet card lineup.
