Silver Air Private Jets, Airshare are bolstering their sales effort with executive appointments.
Two leading private jet operators, Airshare and Silver Air Private Jets, are bolstering their sales teams.
Airshare is expanding client outreach for aircraft management sales support, adding MaKayla Gorski as vice president of sales, managed aircraft.
In her position, Gorski will lead sales efforts within the West and Central regions.
Gorski comes to Airshare with over 13 years of industry experience.
Most recently serving as director of aircraft management for Sun Air Jets in Los Angeles.
Gorski says, “I’m thrilled to be joining Airshare at such an exciting time of growth for the company.”
She adds, “With our strong reputation, national footprint, and client-first approach, we are uniquely positioned to deliver value and transparency to aircraft owners. I look forward to contributing to our continued success.”
Airshare is the 8th-largest charter/fractional operator in the U.S. with over 100 aircraft across its managed and fractional fleet.
President Aircraft Management KC Ihlefeld says, “MaKayla is passionate about aviation and excels at developing strong client relationships.
He adds, “Her proven expertise in supporting a diverse range of aircraft types is impressive and will be a tremendous asset to Airshare.”
The Kansas City-based flight provider is part of Kompass Kapital Company following its investment last year.
Separately, Silver Air Private Jets promoted Jessica Rust to executive vice president of sales.
Rust will lead the growth of its Flight Club jet card program and overall sales strategy.
CEO Jason Middleton says, “Jessica’s promotion is a testament to her exceptional leadership and deep industry expertise.”
He adds, “Her vision for Flight Club and her ability to build lasting relationships make her the ideal leader to drive our sales organization forward, particularly with corporate travel departments seeking consistency and a more straightforward approach to charter.”
She previously served as director of charter sales.
