George J. Priester Aviation has made several appointments spanning maintenance, operations, and customer services.

The company includes Priester Aviation, Mayo Aviation, and Hill Private Aviation.

Eric Bewersdorf, who joined last year, becomes vice president of maintenance.

Alan Harman is now the director of maintenance.

Alexandra Guras joins as the national director of flight services.

President & CEO Brent Moldowan says, “Eric, Alan, and Alex are great examples of how George J. Priester’s family-owned legacy and customer-first culture help attract leaders who share that commitment to client service.”

He adds, “They’re helping implement processes and management that continue to raise our standards even higher.”

Bewersdorf has more than 25 years of industry experience, including Gama Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, Cessna, and Beechcraft.

The Michigan-based executive started his aviation career working as a part-time mechanic as a teenager and is now involved with career development initiatives through the National Business Aviation Association to introduce students to technician careers within corporate aviation.

Before joining George J. Priester, Harman began his career in maintenance and quality control management in the U.S. Army.

Over the past 10 years, he served in increasingly senior positions at Mountain Aviation and then Wheels Up after it acquired the Colorado-based operator.

Guras is the current president of the Colorado Aviation Business Association.

She brings over a decade of industry experience, most recently with Polaris Aero and Air Methods.
