Wheels Up Experience is partnering with Chef Robert Irvine and AtYourJet in a private aviation catering move.

Signature members will receive complimentary catering.

Legacy and ad hoc charters can tap in on a pay-per-order basis.

There will be two tiers of menus.

The complimentary menu will be available nationwide and feature “fresh, classic favorites.”

A Premium A La Carte Menu will rotate seasonally.

It will launch with departures from Boston, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Charleston, Palm Beach, Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix.

Additional markets will be added.

Premium dishes include a Sunrise Breakfast Wrap, Avocado Tartine, Thai Chicken Salad, Harissa, and Herb Marinated Lamb Loin Kabobs.

There will also be a house-baked assortment of cookies and chocolate brownies.

Irvine, a longtime ambassador, is overseeing the menu.

AtYourJet’s digital ordering platform and extensive network of company-operated kitchens “enable consistency and quality control in key markets.”

Per the announcement:

‘This collaboration unites three disruptive forces in private aviation to provide seamless ordering and elevated cuisine across every aircraft, departure point, and destination. Chef Irvine’s deep understanding of the private aviation lifestyle ensures that every dish is designed to translate seamlessly from kitchen to cabin. The result is a refined culinary experience — restaurant-quality flavors seamlessly integrated with the trusted reliability, flexibility, and premium experience that define Wheels Up. Wheels Up and AtYourJet share a commitment to Chef Robert Irvine’s philanthropic mission.  As supporters of the Robert Irvine Foundation, both brands extend their collaboration beyond culinary innovation to include initiatives that honor those who serve – reflecting a shared dedication to purpose-driven partnerships.’

Wheels Up CEO George Mattson says, “Exceptional in-flight dining should never be an afterthought.”

He adds, “AtYourJet’s innovative approach, paired with Chef Irvine’s culinary expertise and expansive kitchen network, makes catering a true differentiator for Wheels Up and elevates the flight experience for Signature Members and all our fliers.”

Mattson says, “Just as importantly, this initiative reflects our broader strategy of working with Delta and our charter partners to deliver a consistent, premium journey across every mode of air travel. Whether flying privately, commercially, or through our integrated membership options, Wheels Up and Delta together are redefining what a holistic aviation experience means for today’s traveler.”

AtYourJet was founded in 2022.

It promises a “focus on high-quality, locally sourced meals crafted specifically for the skies…bringing restaurant-level service directly to their flight.”
