Here are the busiest and slowest dates for private jet flights in 2025, and which days of the week have the most and least flights.

And what were the days in 2025 with the fewest private jet flights?

If you have ever looked at peak day calendars, some of the dates may surprise you.

According to ARGUS TRAQPak, there were 168 days last year that recorded more than 10,000 flights.

That was up from 133 during 2024.

There were 63 days with more than 11,000 flights.

Additionally, 12 days that topped the 12,000-flight benchmark.

Overall, there were 3,536,522 flights in 2025.

That’s an average of 9,689 flights per day.

Busiest Private Jet Dates

The busiest day saw 12,971 flights.

It was on November 30, 2025.

November 21 was second with 12,965.

October 16 was third with 12,517 flights.

After that, it was April 17 with 12,465 flights.

Then it was back to the Fall, where October 9 saw 12,449 flights.

November 6 clocked 12,432 flights.

September 18 was the 7th busiest, with 12,273 flights.

May 1 was the 8th busiest day of the year for private jet flights, with 12,238 flights.

October 7, with 12,155 flights recorded, ranked 9th.

Rounding out the 10 busiest dates for private jet flights in 2025 was October 10 with 12,079 flights.

Slowest Private Jet Dates

What were the dates in 2025 with the fewest private jet flights?

On November 27, there were the fewest private jet flights of the year, with 4,046 departures.

Christmas Day was the second slowest with 4,077 flights.

July 4, 4,605 flights operated, the third fewest in 2025.

After that, the day before Christmas was the fourth-slowest, with 5,159 flights.

Other dates among the 10 slowest were April 19 (5,719 flights), May 25 (5,743), July 5 (5,984), January 11 (6,212), January 1 (6,398), and December 31 (6,493).

For many programs, December 24, 25, 31, January 1, July 4, and so on are peak days, even though most flyers are on the ground.

Busiest Days Of The Week

While there are an average of 9,689 flights per day, all days of the week are not created equal.

Thursdays were the busiest day of the week, averaging 10,932 flights.

Fridays were the second busiest, averaging 10,515 flights.

Wednesdays were third with 10,212 flights.

The midweek activity reflects why the industry is referred to as business aviation and why those airplanes are called business jets.

Monday’s were next, averaging 9,716 flights, followed by Tuesday with 9,653 flights.

Sunday was the sixth busiest, with 9,284 flights.

Saturday was the slowest by a significant margin.

Saturdays averaged just 7,506 flights during 2025.

Daily flight activity increased for all days of the week during 2025.

Tuesday recorded the most significant yearly increase in activity, up 4.7% year over year.
