Surf Air Mobility’s Surf On Demand unit has been accredited as a certified private jet charter broker by ARGUS.
Surf On Demand has achieved ARGUS Certified Charter Broker accreditation.
Surf On Demand is a unit of Surf Air Mobility.
The certification followed an audit of a broker’s operational practices, safety due diligence processes, and organizational procedures.
It is one of only 16 ARGUS-certified brokerages, per the announcement.
At the same time, it joined the Air Charter Safety.
It is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing the safety of private and business aviation.
Surf On Demand president Joshua Lowton said, “Safety and trust are at the foundation of everything we do.”
He continued, “Achieving ARGUS Certified Broker accreditation is an important validation of the software, processes, and safety culture we’ve built over the past five years.”
Lowton added, “As our business continues to grow, we will maintain the highest industry standards to deliver the level of service and reliability our clients expect.”
ARGUS VP Patrick Chiles said, “Their team demonstrated the commitment to safety, operational excellence, and quality service that distinguishes ARGUS Certified Brokers.”
Since 2020, Surf On Demand has grown into a leader in private aviation, facilitating charter flights through a global network of vetted operators and aircraft.
The company plans to offer its technology to third-party charter brokers with a rollout this year.
The technology streamlines quoting, sourcing, compliance checks, and trip management.
It will provide the third-party brokers with structured training and operational procedures aligned with its own.
Powered by Surf On Demand is expected “to be the largest contributor to the company’s revenue growth in 2026.”
Surf Air reported its 2025 and fourth-quarter earnings last week.
