Surf Air sets Q1 2026 earnings release date

After raising its guidance for full-year EBITDA Surf Air has set May 11, 2026 as the date it will freport first quarter earnings.

Surf Air will release its first quarter 2026 financial results after market close on Monday, May 11, 2026.

It will host a webcast at 5:00 pm ET the same day.

The company recently raised its 2026 EBITDA forecast.

At the same time, it said it had increased liquidity by $30 million in a series of moves.

Surf Air said its charter segment was its fastest-growing business as 2025 drew to a close.

Last year, the company posted a $110 million loss on $107 million in revenue, describing it as a “transformational year.”

Surf Air is now guiding Adjusted EBITDA loss to $30 to $25 million.

Revenue for 2026 is projected at $128 to $138 million

The company was launched in 2011, making its mark with an all-you-can-fly fixed monthly membership for individual seats on routes within California.

Most recently, it has been leading the push towards hybrid-electric aircraft and regional air mobility.

SRFM opened this morning at $1.12 per share.

The 52-week range for Surf Air Mobility has spanned from $1.04 to $9.91.
