A new partnership could reduce the time private jets managed by Jet Linx are out of service.

The top-10 private jet operator is partnering with aviation industry software provider Veryon “to modernize its maintenance and reliability program.”

Veryon Tracking and Veryon Defect Analysis “efficiently track maintenance requirements for airworthiness, reduce aircraft downtime, and increase visibility” of potential issues.

SVP of Operations Jason Vanis says, “We evaluated several platforms, but what really set Veryon apart was the depth of expertise behind the technology and how advanced they are in regards to the Defect Analysis product.”

Jet Linx operates a multi-based, mixed fleet of business jets under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, managing aircraft on behalf of individual owners while supporting jet card and on-demand charter operations.

Operational Complexity

“At this level of operational complexity, it is imperative that their maintenance tracking system aligns with other business initiatives and grows with their operations as their fleet continues to expand,” Veryon said.

Veryon CEO Bethany Little says, “They are innovative, forward-thinking, and will increase their edge as they grow their operations while limiting complexity due to this platform change and investment.”

With Veryon Tracking and Defect Analysis, Jet Linx has moved to a fully integrated platform that centralizes maintenance tracking, streamlines compliance workflows, and enables logbook data intelligence to manage and eliminate repeat defects.

Veryon connects the maintenance lifecycle so teams can track work, access trusted technical content, troubleshoot faster, maintain inspection readiness, and improve reliability through shared data and workflows.

Powered by Veryon AIRE, the platform provides real-time visibility into maintenance and inventory, surfaces recurring defect issues, identifies the most effective fixes, and helps standardize repair confidence across technicians, regardless of experience level.

Veryon Tracking provides a single system of record for planning and executing maintenance, ensuring accurate tracking of safety requirements and continuous compliance.

At the same time, Veryon Defect Analysis uses AI and natural language processing to identify recurring defects early, even when logbook language or ATA coding varies.

The result is a more connected, data-driven maintenance operation that reduces administrative burden, improves efficiency, and supports higher aircraft availability across Jet Linx’s growing fleet.

Veryon Defect Analysis supports more than 25% of the world’s commercial fleet.

Its recent expansion into business aviation now includes more than 300 business jets worldwide.

Jet Linx operates around 100 private jets.

Maintenance downtown has become a major issue for owners and operators, affecting availability and reliability.
