The president of Magellan Jets, Anthony Tivnan, has been named to the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year New England 2026 winners’ list.
Anthony Tivnan, a co-founder and president of Magellan Jets, has been named by Ernst & Young LLP a winner of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 New England Award.
The award honors “visionary leaders of high-growth companies driving innovation, growth, and prosperity for future generations.”
An independent panel of past winners, CEOs, and business leaders selected regional winners.
Judges evaluated candidates on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven commitment, and significant growth and impact.
“The Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 New England Award winners are founders reshaping their industries and redefining what it means to lead as entrepreneurs,” said Lisa Kelly, program co-director.
Kelly added, “Through their vision, focus, and commitment to growth, they are building companies that move markets forward, create opportunities for their teams, and strengthen the communities around them.”
The regional award winners will now be considered for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards.
The National Overall Award winner will move on to compete for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.
That will be held in May 2027.
EY lauded Tivnan and Magellan Jets for building a “capital-efficient, asset-light model.”
It added, “The company leverages a rigorously vetted network of aviation partners to provide flexible, intelligent access to private flight without the constraints of traditional ownership.”
There were eight regional winners in total.
Last month, Magellan Jets announced plans to increase acquisitions.
It expects revenues of around $200 million in 2026.
The company launched in 2008.
