Naples, Florida-based Outlier Jets has taken top honors from the Naples Daily News.
The charter and jet card broker bested local rival Elite Jets, which is part of Priester Aviation.
NetJets, the world’s largest private jet operator, was also a finalist.
The Community Choice Awards recognize “exceptional businesses and organizations.”
Winners were announced last week at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
Outlier Jets CEO Michael Farley tells Private Jet Card Comparisons, “The award is Naples, and we’re proud of that,” adding, “It’s our backyard, but the product is national.”
Farley notes, “Members fly coast to coast, to the Caribbean, Europe, and we have people in every North American time zone.”
Earlier this year, Outlier Jets opened a retail location in the Florida enclave.
Farley says:
‘The Flight Command Center at Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples is the hub, and an important part of the larger operation. It’s where members come in, and where we built a full-scale interactive cabin display so new card members walk cabin categories before their first flight and aircraft buyers compare airframes with range maps side by side.’
Through Dec. 31, 2026, anyone who visits the Flight Command Center and buys or renews a jet card receives a $1,000 Prime Social gift card.
Farley says the retention rate for jet card members is 85%.
