VistaJet was commended by a luxury magazine, while also receiving an award for brand image and service at a Chinese finance summit.
VistaJet was commended for its customer service and luxury by The Luxury Report, a luxury magazine.
The private jet company also won an award for brand image at the 15th China Finance Summit.
The Luxury Report, in partnership with the Lexden Group, opened its Luxury Experience Awards to participants last July.
Inaugural awards will take place next January.
“We’re extremely proud of this award, which is a recognition of the importance that we place on client service excellence,” said Ian Moore, Vista Global Chief Commercial Officer, in a press release.
Moore continued:
‘Our job is to service our customers in the best way we possibly can, from the start of the experience all the way to the end, and we empower our staff to deliver over and above for every individual. We look at every single area of a journey so that we can consistently create a better experience for our Members.’
The Luxury Report is a luxury magazine and marketing company, according to its LinkedIn page.
In addition to its Luxury Experience Awards, it presents annual awards in categories such as hospitality, yachting, aviation, and dining.
Leden Group, whose Leden Luxe partnered with The Luxury Report, is a customer experience consulting firm.
Both companies are based in Britain.
The award follows XO being selected for Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards last June.
Separate from luxury, VistaJet also received the Exemplary Brand Image Award at the 15th China Finance Summit.
The summit, organized in Shanghai, recognized Vista’s 15 years in the region.
Per its website, the summit recognizes businesses and people “who promote economic growth and social progress.”
