Monarch Air attained Argus Certified Broker status, which included comprehensive audits, and is now among the 20 brokers holding the honor.
Monarch Air Group has achieved ARGUS Certified Broker status.
This certification, issued by ARGUS International, demonstrates a broker’s commitment to safety, transparency, and excellence.
Unlike the Registered Broker Status, the Certified rating recognizes charter brokers that undergo a third-party audit.
The audit evaluates operational procedures, broker training, safety verification processes, and client-facing practices.
The multi-week-long evaluation, including documentation and an on-site audit, aims to certify that charter brokers meet high safety standards and regulations.
“Safety has always been our highest priority,” said Cade Kaftel, VP of Charter Sales at Monarch Air Group, in a press release.
Kaftel continued:
‘Achieving ARGUS Certified Broker status provides our clients with independent verification that our processes, training, and standards have been thoroughly evaluated by one of the most respected organizations in business aviation.’
To achieve this certification, Monarch submitted extensive documentation detailing their internal procedures.
Then, ARGUS conducted an in-person, line-by-line audit at Monarch’s headquarters to validate their practices and compliance.
Maintaining the certification requires an on-site audit every two years.
As private aviation grows, third-party auditing has become more important for ensuring client confidence.
There are currently 20 ARGUS Certified brokers.
Monarch Air Group was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Monarch offers on-demand charter and has a dynamic pricing membership program.
