Tradewind Aviation, Wheels Up, JSX and Aero took four of the top eight spots in Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards.
Condé Nast Traveler readers selected four private jet companies among their most favored U.S. airlines in its annual Readers’ Choice Awards.
Tradewind Aviation placed highest.
It took fourth place.
Wheels Up ranked sixth.
Its biggest backer, Delta Air Lines, was ranked first.
By-the-seat shared jet airline JSX was next.
JSX ranked seventh.
Aero was eighth.
Per Condé Nast, “Tradewind flies out of private air terminals, a definite plus these days. Readers praise its ‘super helpful and generous staff’ and its stress-free airport operations, which include lounges with an array of pre-flight beverages and snacks.”
Readers praised its “charter flights and scheduled shuttles to upscale watering holes like Nantucket and Newport from its Westchester County base in the northeast, and to St. Barts, Antigua, and Anguilla from its San Juan base in the Caribbean.”
Speaking about Wheels Up, Condé Nast noted the company gives access both to third-party charter aircraft “including seaplanes, helicopters, and private jets of varying sizes” as well as its own fleet of Bombardier Challenger 300 and Embraer Phenom 300 private jets.
All four private jet companies repeat from 2025.
Last year, Tradewind ranked fourth, JSX sixth, Wheels Up seventh, and Aero eighth.
JetBlue placed second, followed by Alaska Airlines.
Condé Nast Traveler reported that readers cast 798,867 votes.
It was the 39th edition of the awards.
