Global private jet flight activity continues to slow while remaining strongly ahead of 2021 and pre-pandemic levels

While private jet flights globally remain well ahead of 2021 levels, the industry saw week-to-week declines for the fourth consecutive week. Global private jet flights were down 2% in Week 12 of 2022 compared to Week 11, according to the latest WingX data.

51% of private jet users to fly more in 2022, eye new providers

New research shows private jet flyers plan to fly more than 2021, but they are looking at new providers as the industry struggles with record demand and supply chain issues

– 51% will fly more than 2021, 41% will fly the same, and only 9% will fly less

– 28% of frequent private flyers are considering fractional or full aircraft ownership.

Private jet travelers plan to fly more in 2022 than 2021, according to a just-released survey of 452 Private Jet Card Comparisons subscribers.

Florida, Asia and Middle East private jet flights surge as overall flying dips 7% week-over-week

Florida, Texas, Switzerland lead continued week-over-week private jet flight growth in North America, Europe

Switzerland private jet flights jumped 10% week-over-week, Texas flights were up 4%, and Florida continued torrid growth, 3% ahead of week 41 in the Week 42 update, for the week ended Oct. 24.
