In addition to its normal Flexjet hospitality lounge at Augusta Regional Airport during The Masters golf tournament April 6-9, the fractional share and private jet card seller will be showcasing one of its midsize Embraer Legacy 450 private jets with its exclusive Red Label cabin design.
For its owners who are attending, upon landing they will receive a special gift and be taken to the lounge at the FBO. Featured this year will be a bourbon tasting, cigar bar, a luxury candy buffet called the “Sweet Spot,” locally sourced hors d’oeuvres and indoor and outdoor games. The Legacy 450 will be right outside the lounge enabling guests to take a look.
The Red Label offering includes flight crews dedicated to a single aircraft and Flexjet-exclusive “artisan” LXi interiors with high-grade finishes.
A Flexjet representative told Private Jet Card Comparisons, “Last year was the busiest Masters fly-in that Flexjet experienced in many years. Through an industry lens, private jet travel to and from The Masters Golf tournament jumped 3% when comparing the dates surrounding and during the 2015 and 2016 tournaments. Our level of activity far outpaced the industry and we expect the same for 2017.”
