These 20 providers are new or launched their first jet cards and memberships since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in February 2020.
As demand ebbs, new jet card providers are flowing. In addition to existing players restructuring and changing their programs, as well as offering new types of memberships (We’ve done over 300 updates in the last three years), there has been a host of new providers since the beginning of 2020, when the Covid pandemic changed everything.

AirBook One offers the ability to book flights at dynamic pricing online instantly, eliminating the need to go back and forth to confirm quotes.
Its Wallet Membership requires a minimum $25,000 deposit and a $10,000 balance.
Customers receive 1% of the total flight cost in rewards to use towards any future flights within 24 months of booking.
The instant booking dynamic pricing requires 48 hours prior to departure.
There are possible restrictions and surcharges if you book more than 45 days from departure.
Amalfi Jets is a Los Angeles-based boutique broker founded in 2020.
It offers fixed hourly rates and guaranteed availability with both a deposit program and a pay-as-you-go option.
The most interesting part of Amalfi’s deposit program is its international reach.
Deposit rates apply to all flights originating from and arriving in nations included in the Primary Service Area. The nations included in the jet card PSA are as follows: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
All flights to and from Hawaii and Alaska for jet cards and memberships will incur a 25% aircraft repositioning surcharge per leg.
Noncontiguous and offshore territories of the PSA nations (e.g., Puerto Rico, French Polynesia, Greenland, etc.) are not included in the PSA. All itineraries not originating and arriving in the PSA nations will incur a 25% surcharge.
ATI Jet was founded in 1985. It has a floating fleet of Lear 60s and is the 24th largest U.S. fractional/charter operator.
Its jet card program requires a $100,000 non-refundable deposit.
Booking is 72 hours prior to departure on an as-available basis, and there is no repositioning for flights within the Continental U.S.
FlyExclusive has grown to the fifth-largest operator in the U.S. based on charter and fractional flight hours.
However, it wasn’t until May 2020 it launched Jet Club, its version of a jet card.
The program offers fixed hourly rates and guaranteed availability.
It also has an innovative pricing method that favors longer flights and multiple flights on the same day.
Four Corners Aviation is a division of Aquila Aviation Venture, which was formed in 2021 by Mente Group (a big broker of full aircraft) and City+Ventures, a private equity firm.
They have since acquired two Part 135 operators and launched a program called Freedom by Four Corners, where they buy airplanes and assume personnel and facilities from corporate flight departments and then provide those airplanes back to the former owner on a services agreement basis.
It’s that fleet and other managed aircraft that provide inventory for their Charter Jet Card (launched in March 2023).
The current jet card is dynamic pricing, and one-ways are non-refundable after booking.
They provide three quotes per request. You can request specific aircraft types and amenities.

The 22nd largest charter/fractional operator in the U.S., GrandView Aviation operates a fleet of Phenom 300s.
It offers fixed-hourly rates fleet but charges repositioning from its expansive list of bases, which include Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Reno, NV, Scottsdale, AZ, and Teterboro, NJ.
There is a $150,000 deposit and a 120-minute minimum.
There are also fixed route rates as-available in 70 markets, also on an as-available basis.
JetASAP is a subscription platform that allows you to request quotes directly from charter operators.
The company says there is an average of 12 quotes per request.
You then negotiate and contract directly with the operators.
The company makes money from its membership fees and marketing promotions it sells to the operators.
Start-up Jet Token started with a HondaJet fractional share program and has since added jet cards.
It further expanded its card offering via Las Vegas-based Cirrus Aviation’s fleet of light, midsize, super-midsize, and large cabin aircraft.
It offers as-available across all categories and guaranteed availability on HondaJets and midsize aircraft.
The company recently announced it will go public via a SPAC IPO.
Leviate Air Group includes a Part 135 and charter brokerage, which uses its managed fleet and third-party operators for its jet card program.
It offers fixed hourly rates and guaranteed availability within the Continental 48 states.
Linear Air has evolved from an air taxi operator to an on-demand charter broker.
Its dynamic-pricing Platinum Membership is $2,000 per month and offers 5% discount and preferred cancelation terms.
Merlin1 offers an as-available jet card with fixed hourly rates from its fleet of seven Cessna Citation Excel midsize jets with no daily minimums and no taxi time charged.
Fixed hourly rates apply from select airports in San Antonio, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and Austin and its jet card program start at 10 hours.
Launched as a travel club in 2019, this boutique broker is led by Jeff Potter, a former CEO of Frontier Airlines, Surf Air, and Exclusive Resorts.
In 2023, Manifest launched a pay-as-you-go jet card as part of its overall memberships, which cost $2,500 or $5,000 per year.
Its entrée into the card market includes fixed hourly rates and guaranteed availability within the Continental U.S.
The floating fleet operator based in Stuart, Florida, offers fixed-rate, guaranteed availability jet cards and the Florida Express Jet Club with fixed zone pricing east of the Mississippi.
Premier Private Jets sells nationally and offers coverage to the Caribbean, Canada, and Mexico for fixed surcharges and used both its own fleet and third-party operators.
Orlando-based boutique broker Stratos Jets entered the jet card world with a guaranteed availability, fixed-hourly rate pay-as-you-go membership program.
Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and Bermuda are all included – at a surcharge.
The 19th largest US Part 135/91k operator, Thrive Aviation, operates a fleet of mainly new aircraft from Textron and Gulfstream.
It offers capped hourly rates on an as-available basis, plus repositioning, on its nationwide floating fleet.
The current fleet includes the Cessna M2, CJ3+, XLS+, Sovereign +, Longitude, Falcon 2000, and Gulfstream 600.
Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet operator Verijet offers fixed hourly rates on an as-available basis from service areas within 600 nautical miles of Orlando, FL, Santa Maria, CA, Ft. Worth, TX, and White Plains, NY.
In 2022, Verijet ranked as the 30th largest Part 135/91k US operator.
Launched in 2021 as a Honda Jet fractional share program Volato added its as-available Stretch Jet Card last summer.
The Stretch Jet Card starts at 10 hours, and unused funds are refundable.
You request your reservation, and Volato will revert within one business day to confirm, deny, or offer a Stretch alternative.
If you agree to a Stretch Request, you will receive Stretch Credits.
Volato may make Stretch Requests at any time up to 12 hours prior to departure or at booking, whichever is later.
For each Stretch Request agreed to and flown, Volato will issue Stretch Credits.

365 Aviation offers light and midsize jet cards with preferred operators.
There are fixed rates and guaranteed availability with pricing based on several options for callouts, cancelations, and deicing insurance.
The service area is European countries.
Malta-and-Slovenia-based operator ElitAvia launched a jet card program in 2022.
It starts at 25 hours and offers one-way pricing that extends beyond Europe to North Africa and the Middle East with a non-peak call-out, 120 minutes daily minimum.
The sister of Flexjet and Sentient Jet, PrivateFly launched its first jet card program during the pandemic. It offers fixed hourly rates with guaranteed availability using a combination of company aircraft and third-party operators.
It has two zones in Europe, with a surcharge for flights to or from Zone 2.
It also offers a version of FXAir’s Aviator program with dynamic pricing.
While XO is not new, it is new to Europe. The unit of Vista Global is now selling memberships in Europe using a hybrid model and dynamic pricing.
It offers two levels, starting at $100,000, and is refundable. Reserve, which requires a $250,000 deposit, has better cancelation and recovery terms than Membership.
Both offer flight credits.
A subsidiary of Qatar Airways, Qatar Executive offers an owned fleet with guaranteed availability and fixed hourly rates globally, starting at 50 hours per year.
The primary type is its fleet of Gulfstream G650ERs with WiFi and deicing included.
