After launching an Australia operations center last year, the unit of Elevate Aviation Group has opened a South Korea office.
Private Jet Services has added its first location in Asia.
The new office will be in Seoul, South Korea.
Last year the company opened a flight operations center in Australia.
According to the announcement, additional locations in Asia are planned.
“Private aviation travel is increasing within the region and to points in Europe, the Americas, and elsewhere,” said Elevate and Private Jet Services CEO Greg Raiff.
He added, “We are investing in experienced local staff in Asia to handle any private air travel need, no matter the size or complexity.”
The Seoul team offers charter and logistics management.
In addition, they can coordinate with parent company Elevate Aviation Group to offer aircraft sales and acquisition guidance, as well as aircraft management, maintenance, and overhaul services.
Elevate President Randy McKinney said there has been a spike in private aviation usage in the region, including tours for entertainment groups, a core PJS focus.
There has also been growth in leisure charters.
“We are investing in the region so that we are a first choice for private aviation solutions, especially to high-demand spots in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Hong Kong,” McKinney added.
