Elevate Aviation Group has made three executive hires.

The move comes as the company says it will accelerate growth.

It also teased “a new groundbreaking booking app that will redefine the private jet travel experience.”

CEO Greg Raiff says, “As we prepare to introduce an app that will transform how clients access private aviation, we are investing in the strongest possible leadership team to ensure great performance.”

He continues, “These new appointments bring deep industry expertise, innovative thinking, and a relentless focus on client service.”

Raiff adds, “Together, we are positioning Elevate not just to launch a platform, but to reshape the way private aviation is enjoyed.”

EAG boosts exec team

Zach Sperber (pictured left) is now serving as Executive Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales.

Sperber previously served as Executive Vice President of Aircraft Management at both Jet Linx and Jet Edge International.

He played a key role in scaling operations and developing the AdvantEdge program at Jet Edge.

Greg Johnson is Senior Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales.

Johnson brings over 25 years of experience in aircraft management and FBO operations.

At ACM Aviation and San Jose Jet Center, he managed and grew a fleet from 18 to 42 aircraft in just 24 months.

During his tenure with Sperber at Jet Edge, the fleet grew from 15 aircraft to 60 under management and 40 owned aircraft before its 2022 sale to Vista Global.

Jessica McClintock becomes Vice President of Sales & Global Partnerships.

McClintock joins from FuelerLinx, where she helped grow a SaaS platform to more than $3 billion in annual transaction volume and expand its user base to more than 10,000 worldwide.

She also led the integration of AI and machine learning tools that optimized fuel purchasing and operational efficiency.

Consumer Focus

According to the announcement, “All three hires are aimed at bolstering the company’s successful expansion into the broader private jet charter marketplace via the new app.”

The app coincides with the launch of a new consumer-facing platform.

The app promises “fast, convenient booking, and reliable pricing, all while enjoying the same level of elite service traditionally provided by the company.”

It says the app will “set fresh benchmarks for private charter booking.”
