The company didn’t specify how many jet cards it is selling at the lower level.

The 15-hour jet cards include a 12-month rate lock and standard jet card terms, including guaranteed availability, no blackouts, no fee interchange, and guaranteed recovery at no additional costs.
Buyers can choose from category options for midsize, super midsize, and large cabins. Jet-specific options are available for the Phenom 300, Hawker 800XP, Challenger 300/250, and Gulfstream G450/550.
