The sister of private jet charter broker Private Jet Services Group, is expanding its maintenance services for third-party operators.
Elevate MRO, a sister to Private Jet Services Group, has expanded its 24/7 Aircraft on Ground support.
Both are part of Elevate Aviation Group.
AOG is industry lingo for an aircraft that can’t fly due to a maintenance issue.
Elevate MRO now offers equipped mobile response trucks to airports within a 300-mile radius of Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport outside Denver and Salt Lake City International Airport.
Per the company, “This strategic expansion ensures rapid, on-site maintenance and repair services, minimizing downtime for aircraft operators across the region.”
Elevate MRO Jim Slack notes, “Minimizing aircraft downtime is critical for our clients, and Elevate MRO’s expanded AOG support allows us to deliver rapid, expert service wherever and whenever it’s needed.
He adds, “Our mobile response teams are fully equipped to handle a wide range of maintenance needs, ensuring aircraft operators can get back in the air with confidence and minimal disruption.”
Ability to get airplanes back in the air after maintenance issues was often cited as a major issue for fleet operators during Covid shutdowns and shortages.
Fleet operators, including FlyExclusive, Nicholas Air, and VistaJet each launched or expanded their own AOG operations to service their fleets when away from base.
