New York-based jet card provider Jets.com is offering customers a way to lock in rates for extended periods via its All Access Jet Card.
The move comes as jet card rates are rising. Jet card rates are up 5.6% since September to $9,760 per hour, and rates have been up 9.5% since December 2019, according to an analysis by Private Jet Card Comparisons.
Some jet card providers have increased rates three times since June. All Access requires a minimum deposit of $300,000 and a maximum deposit of $1 million. However, your rates are locked until funds expire.
Flying terms are the same as other Jets.com jet cards, so 72 hours for non-peak reservations and 120 on peak days.
Deicing is included, and there are no blackout dates. The peak day surcharge is 10%. One-way rates are applicable to the Caribbean and Canada at a 25% premium.
Light jet hourly rate, including 7.5% Federal Excise Tax, is $6,423, while midsize jets are $7,577 per hour. Super midsize jets are priced at $8,923 per hour, and heavy jets are $11,308 per hour.
Last April, Jets.com bought Part 135 charter operator Pittsburgh Jet Center to secure lift for jet card members.
It also became Wyvern’s first certified broker in North America. It also added Argus registered broker status.
