Elevate Aviation Group is the new name for the parent of Private Jet Services Group and comes after buying Keystone Aviation
Elevate Aviation Group is the new name for Elevate Holdings, the parent of jet card and VIP airliner provider Private Jet Services Group.
“We see exciting opportunities for growth in business aviation services, especially in the mid-cabin to long-range and ultra-long-range segments, “says Founder and CEO Greg Raiff.
He adds, “We are taking the 24/7, detail-oriented approach honed at Private Jet Services and extending it across a broad portfolio of business aviation services.”
Elevate jumped into the industry’s M&A frenzy by buying Keystone Aviation in January.
As part of the acquisition, it is expanding Keystone MRO, a major maintenance operation based in Salt Lake City and Scottsdale.
The company is growing its managed and charter fleet of more than 30 aircraft, with plans to add a Gulfstream G550 and a G650 later this year.
PJS built its business on the back of group charters for sports teams and live entertainment tours, specializing in VIP Airliner charters.
Its Elevate Jet has hired Brooke Brown as VP of Sales and Acquisitions.
She is charged with building its aircraft acquisitions and sales business.
In a previously reported move, former Gulfstream Aerospace executive Will Dent joined leadership as the chief marketing officer.
