Vista America encompasses XOJet Aviation, Red Wing, and the former Jet Edge charter operators that now serve VistaJet and XO customers.
Vista Global’s U.S.-based charter operators are marking their first year under the Vista America banner.
Vista America encompasses XOJet, Red Wing, and the former operators that flew as Jet Edge before being acquired by Vista Global in 2022.
The operators provide Vista Members’ fleet in the U.S. to VistaJet and XO clients.
“This first year has been a journey of growth, expanding our capabilities and making a meaningful impact in the world of business aviation across the region—all thanks to the dedication of the people who make it happen, working around the clock every day of the year,” said Vista America President David Stanley.
He continued, “Their commitment to excellence and passion for what they do is the heart of our success. As we look to the future, we will continue investing in our people and our business, ensuring that Vista America evolves, expands, and strengthens the key pillars that define our success.”
Stanley said the company is adding a full-motion Bombardier Challenger 300/350 simulator at its Columbus, Ohio, U.S. headquarters.
Also new is a partnership with Hertz.
It includes dedicated agents from the car rental agency and additional support during peak travel periods.
Stanley noted the addition of VistaJet’s flagship Global 7500 to the U.S. fleet.
The company operates a global floating fleet and can move aircraft to where they are needed.
For example, Vista America aircraft were moved to Europe over the summer during the Olympics and peak travel season.
In August, Vista America said it was selling its U.S. light jet fleet and Citation Xs.
However, it has yet to provide any updates.
The current list of Part 135 charter operators and aircraft on their certificate is here.
During the first half of 2024, Vista America operators clocked a 10.3% increase in flight hours.
It bumped Wheels Up as North America’s third-largest charter fractional/operator.
