Ventura Air Services names Kodesh as COO

Former Wheels Up and XOJet exec Rebecca Kodesh has landed as COO of Ventura Air Services.

Private jet charter, jet card, and aircraft management provider Ventura Air Services has named Rebecca Kodesh as Chief Operating Officer.

Kodesh brings over 20 years of aviation experience.

She was most recently at Wheels Up from 2019 through this April, where she was SVP, Fleet Operations and Logistics at Wheels Up.

Previously she spent 10 years with XOJet ending as Vice President, Scheduling.

Kodesh holds an FAA Dispatch license and is an active member of the National Business Aviation Association and Women in Aviation.

Ventura Air Services President Sam Wolf says, “We are thrilled to have Rebecca join our leadership team.”

He adds, “Her deep understanding of the aviation industry, combined with her impressive track record in scaling operations and optimizing fleet performance, makes her an invaluable asset as we continue to grow and innovate in private aviation.”

Kodesh says, “I am excited to join the Ventura team and contribute to its legacy of delivering exceptional private aviation services.”

She adds, “My priority will be on enhancing operational execution and aligning resources to drive sustained success and customer satisfaction.”

In April, Ventura Air Services launched its first jet card program.
