VistaJet is partnering with luxury meal delivery service Laroot World.

The deal enables passengers departing New York to order from its menu.

The company has quickly become a cult favorite for globally-inspired dishes made with 100% organic and gluten-free ingredients.

Graydon Carter’s Air Mail newsletter recently wrote:

‘New Yorkers, if one of your New Year’s resolutions is to eat healthier, Laroot World is for you. Founded by Natasha Poniatowski, the meal delivery service promises holistic wellness through delicious food. Each meal on the rotating menu of globally inspired recipes is vetted by a board of experts in Ayurvedic, traditional Chinese, and Western medicine and is freshly prepared in Brooklyn by culinary director Makai Brown, using local, high-quality organic ingredients.’

Per the announcement, the new partnership aligns “with the mission of VistaJet’s Wellness Program to nourish and energize flyers.”

The extensive menu for VistaJet covers all times of the day.

Each item details calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat content.

Signature dishes include Phakalia, a Georgian spinach dip, and Oaxacan Chicken.

The new partnership continues the high-end private jet flight provider’s inflight partnerships, including Beefbar and Nobu.

“By working with Michelin-starred chefs, sourcing the finest ingredients from over 7,000 suppliers, and delving into the intricacies of altitude’s impact on taste, VistaJet has pioneered an entirely new approach to in-flight dining,” a spokesperson said.

VistaJet celebrated two decades of flying in December by unveiling 20 dining partnerships.

Collaborations included Lucciola and Beefbar, New York; Caramá by Wolfgang Puck and Kumi, Las Vegas, Forte dei Marmi, Miami, One Lebanese Cuisine, Weston, Florida, Katsuya, Los Angeles; Nobu, Seville, Spain; Mirazur, Menton, France; Quilon and Santo Mare, London; Bianc, Hamburg, Germany; Langosteria, Paris, France; Zeffirino, Genoa, Seta, Milan, Palazzo Petrucci, Naples; Wasabi by Morimoto, Mumbai; Da Vittorio, Shanghai; Tin Lung Heen, Hong Kong; Les Amis, Singapore.

The British Butler Institute trains its cabin hosts.
