Worldwide private jet flight activity has now gone 30 weeks without a year-over-year weekly decrease, according to the latest WingX data.
During week 48 of 2025, private jets around the world recorded nearly 71,000 total departures.
According to WingX, this was a 3% year-over-year increase, compared to the same week in 2024.
Even so, this represented a sharp decrease from the previous week, which saw 12% more private jet flights.
Still, it extended the industry’s streak to 30 weeks without a year-over-year weekly dip.
So far, on a year-over-year basis, the scorecard shows:
This past week, according to WingX, private jets recorded 70,779 departures worldwide.
Additionally, on a rolling four-week basis, global private jets have recorded nearly 310,000 departures. Compared to the same period last year, this was about 7% more private jet departures.
Overall, November saw continued growth in private jet flight activity. Africa led the way, recording 25% more flights than in November 2024. Europe saw the slowest growth, only representing a 1% increase in monthly flights year-over-year.
The year-over-year increase in global private jet departures was led by North America, as the region recorded nearly 50,000 private jet flights over the past week.
The United States saw a 3% year-over-year increase in private jet flights, which follows trends seen in previous years around the Thanksgiving holiday. Even so, the country saw about 16% fewer flights than last week.
California was one state that showed a significant year-over-year jump of about 6%. However, the state also recorded 10% fewer flights than last week.
Texas saw a significant week-over-week decrease in private jet flights, recording 21% fewer flights than week 47. However, the state was still able to secure 5% more private jet flights than the same week last year.
Europe recorded a disappointing 3% decrease in flights year-over-year. Additionally, the region only recorded 8,120 private jet departures, which was 7% fewer than last week.
Italy was one country that saw a significant year-over-year drop of 6%. However, Germany followed suit with a 5% drop compared to the same week last year.
The UK saw a large 9% drop compared to the number of flights recorded last week. However, the country was able to secure 1% more flights than the same week last year, one of the only countries to show year-over-year growth.
The Middle East saw a slight week-over-week drop of about 2%. Even so, the region saw 12% more flights than last year, showing continued growth.
Africa showed the largest week-over-week increase, recording 18% more flights than last week. This represented a 32% increase year-over-year.
Asia and South America each saw a slight week-over-week decrease, but were each able to secure a 10% year-over-year increase.

The private jet charter and fractional business segment also showed continued year-over-year growth.
November was especially successful for charter and fractional operators, as they made up 20% of all flights throughout the month. This was 12% more private jet flights than in November 2024.
The two largest fractional jet operators, NetJets and Flexjet, made up 83% of all fractional private jet flights. These two companies also saw a combined 14% more flights compared to the same week last year.
Several other private jet operators saw significant increases in November. Executive Jet Management, flyExclusive, and VistaJet each saw year-over-year increases of over 15%.
Baker Aviation saw the largest year-over-year increase in November private jet departures, with 131.5% more flights.

Overall, Part 91K and Part 135 private jet operations remained relatively even year-over-year, increasing slightly by about 1%. However, compared to last week, this was about 5% fewer flights.
North America saw the most fractional and charter flights, recording just under 30,000 total departures. This represented a 1% year-over-year increase, although it was about 7% less than last year.
The US saw about 6% fewer flights than last week. Texas saw the largest week-over-week drop of about 16%. However, Part 91K and Part 135 operations in Florida stayed even, showing a 3% increase over last week.
Fractional and charter flights in Europe showed a 2% year-over-year decrease and a 7% drop compared to last week.
Germany saw both the largest week-over-week and year-over-year decreases, recording an 18% drop and a 16% drop, respectively.
Switzerland also saw a 5% year-over-year drop. However, Part 91K and Part 135 operations showed year-over-year growth in the UK and France.
The Middle East region also saw a decrease in week-over-week fractional and charter operations, about 5% fewer flights. However, the region still saw about 5% more flights than the same week last year.
Africa showed continued growth in the fractional and charter segments. The region recorded a 23% week-over-week jump and a 21% year-over-year jump.
Part 91K and Part 135 operations also remained strong in Asia, as the region recorded 12% more flights than the same week last year.
