By-the-seat private jet operator JSX is expanding its Texas presence with flights between Dallas and Austin while increasing the schedule on its Houston route

After building its by-the-seat network on the West Coast, JSX is apparently focused on its home state of Texas. On Sept. 27 it will start twice-daily flights between Dallas Love Field and Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

Blade Air Mobility, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLDE) and Eve Urban Air Mobility Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Embraer S.A. (“Embraer,” NYSE: ERJ), announced an arrangement for Eve to provide Blade up to 60,000 hours of flight time per year on its eVTOLs beginning in 2026 for use in Southern Florida and West Coast markets.

An expose by Business Insider has revealed that Rob Wiesenthal, the founder and CEO of helicopter and jet sharing service Blade, posed as a spokesperson for the company using the name Simon McLaren.
