According to The New York Post, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin filed a Dec. 6 Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit against JetCard Plus through Mnuchin, Inc.

Mnuchin’s problems with JetCard Plus were first reported by Bloomberg in May.
