The Signature agreement follows Airshare’s acquisition of Wheels Up Aircraft Management and expansion of its fractional and jet card programs.
Following its acquisitions of Wheels Up Aircraft Management and expansion of its fractional primary service area, Airshare is expanding its partnership with Signature Aviation.
According to Signature, “Airshare was actively pursuing a new partnership to leverage the scale and expertise of a national FBO network while ensuring all customers would consistently receive an exceptional experience regardless of where they fly.”
Airshare closed on its acquisition from Wheels Up last September.
Earlier this month, it announced a major expansion of the primary and extended service for its fractional and jet card programs.
“Partnering with Signature Aviation was a natural decision for Airshare, as we have already been working with them for several years and felt strongly that we share similar values,” said John Owen, Airshare’s CEO and President.
He added, “We are excited about the benefits this new agreement will provide for both our managed and fractional customers.”
Clarissa Sebastian, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Signature Aviation, added, “We are thrilled to welcome more Airshare customers as guests throughout our network and believe this partnership exemplifies how our world-class team and infrastructure can help reimagine and reinvent the travel experience.”
Signature operates over 200 FBOs in 27 countries, including over 120 in the U.S.
