A date has been set for the sentencing of AeroVanti CEO Patrick Britton-Harr.
Judge Adam B. Abelson issued orders on Monday.
Britton-Harr was convicted on six counts of wire fraud.
Jurors found that he had taken $15 million from AeroVanti members designated to buy airplanes and used the funds to buy jewelry, pay for a rental program, buy a yacht, and more.
Top Gun members had paid AeroVanti to build a fleet of Piaggio P.180s.
A former executive of AeroVanti said the private jet membership company could owe $50 million to former customers, lessors, marketing partners, and trade vendors.
It was sued by both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Chicago Cubs.
Britton-Harr will learn his fate in a Baltimore courthouse on August 26, 2026, at 10 a.m.
He is facing a separate trial for medical testing fraud.
That trial is set to begin in October.
Britton-Harr had been trying to relaunch flights in the weeks leading up to his trial.
