Vista Global’s XO is leveraging its acquisition of Talon Air to launch XO Aircraft Management Powered By Talon Air

Vista Global is moving into branded aircraft management, launching XO Aircraft Management Powered By Talon Air. It follows rival Wheels Up Experience, which formed branded whole aircraft sales and management after acquiring Delta Private Jets and Gama Aviation Signature.

Leading private aviation provider NetJets has long offered similar services via Executive Jet Management and QS Partners.

According to an email, “What makes XO Aircraft Management Powered by Talon Air unique is that we strive to ensure that you purchase the best business jet to match your mission; we have a vested interest throughout your ownership, including utilization of your aircraft.”

The unit offers sales and aircraft acquisition services, charter demand, pilot services, training, volume fuel purchasing, predictive analytics for aircraft maintenance, and a fully staffed 24/7 Part 145 repair station. Its team brings over $1 billion in transactions.

XO Aircraft Management Powered by Talon Air is part of the XO brand. It is comprised of a portfolio of companies, including charter broker XO Global LLC. Talon Air, LLC provides aircraft management services. Vista Global Holding also owns VistaJet and minority stakes in Part 135 operators XOJET Aviation and Red Wing Aviation.

Vista Global closed on its acquisition of broker Apollo Jets in April, adding it to its XO brokerage unit. The deal also brought a minority stake in charter operator and management company Talon Air.

The new unit is being led by former Textron sales executives Gordon Cameron and Nick Hall.
