Vista Global’s XO is adding scheduled by-the-seat private jet flights between Palm Beach and Farmingdale after expanding its New York-South Florida schedule in October.
XO Global, a unit of Vista Global Holding, is adding scheduled by-the-seat flights between Palm Beach and Farmingdale starting January 6, 2023.
The news came via an email to customers.
The email read, “XO is happy to announce our shared service extension, providing access to more direct private flights between South Florida and the New York area. On January 6, the inaugural shared flight from West Palm Beach to Farmingdale will take off, and you can book a seat instantly on the XO mobile app.”
In October, XO said it would offer up to five scheduled flights per day, linking South Florida and New York area airports.
At the time, it posted flights for HPN-FLL, HPN-PBI, HPN-OPF, TEB-PBI, and TEB-FLL.
The flights use Bombardier CRJ 200s configured with 18 seats in a 1×1 layout, meaning all seats have a direct aisle and window access.
The first PBI-FRG rotation is set to depart at 9:30 am and arrive in Long Island at 12:30 pm.
The southbound return is scheduled to depart Republic Airport at 2:30 pm and arrive in Palm Beach at 5:30 pm.
XO’s website shows five other flights in each direction between South Florida and New York on the same day.
The current XO schedule shows two flights in each direction per week between Palm Beach and Farmingdale.
The XO flights benefit customers by using FBOs, bypassing the congestion of larger terminals used by the airlines.
