After a decade overseeing marketing for VistaJet and then its parent, Vista Global, Matteo Atti has left the private jet company.

Atti is now chief marketing officer at Loro Piana.

The Italian fashion brand is 94% owned by LVMH.

Moades values the brand at 11 billion euros as of 2025.

Atti had held positions at Gucci, Mandarina Duck, Nokia, Bottega Veneta, and Paul Smith before joining VistaJet in 2016.

After being named CMO at VistaJet, he was named Global Chief Marketing Officer at parent Vista Global in 2021.

During Atti’s watch, VistaJet launched a series of lifestyle initiatives designed to differentiate the company from the hodgepodge of smaller charter operators.

That included programs based on pet travel, in-flight dining, wines, and travel with kids.

Children’s programming included hosting in-flight Alice in Wonderland tea parties.

The company also launched partnerships with luxury travel advisors who created personalized VIP itineraries for VistaJet customers.

It also expanded its activations at major sporting events from F1 to the Masters.

In March 2020, VistaJet helped spur the Covid induced private jet rebound by launching short-term leases providing program access without its typical three-year commitment.

Atti also led communications as Vista navigated fallout from a March 2023 Financial Times article detailing the private jet company’s financials and financing.

Vista Global later sued a competitor and its CEO over the coverage.

Most recently, Bloomberg is reporting the company could be preparing for an IPO that would value it at $10 billion.

Vista’s U.S. operators ranked third in annual flight hours behind NetJets and Flexjet in 2025.

Last year, a private equity firm backed by LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault took an $800 million stake in Flexjet.

A Vista spokesperson tells Private Jet Card Comparisons that the company has yet to name a replacement.
