Vista Global has signed a services agreement for Bombardier’s Smart Parts program, supporting fleet maintenance.
Bombardier and Vista Global announced a services agreement centered on the OEM’s Smart Parts program.
The deal will support portions of Vista Global’s existing fleet.
It will also support future deliveries.
Included are the majority of its upgraded Global 8000 fleet.
The full fleet is expected to be upgraded by the end of 2026.
Also included is the firm order for 40 Challenger 3500s with 120 options, placed in February.
According to the announcement:
‘Bombardier will continue to invest to increase parts availability and enhanced accessibility, tailored to the Vista Bombardier fleet. The new Master Services Agreement will support higher aircraft availability and help minimize operational disruption, maintaining Vista’s consistently high service standards for its clients worldwide.’
The program provides cost coverage, including component exchanges for major systems, avionics, and brakes.
The agreement will provide Vista with “a comprehensive cost-per-flight-hour framework, delivering enhanced cost predictability.”
Vista Global COO Nick van der Meer said, “This agreement marks an important step in further enhancing the reliability and performance of the Vista fleet.”
He added, “By leveraging this agreement, we are strengthening our ability to deliver a seamless and consistent experience to our clients around the world, ensuring that every Vista flight meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and service that our clients expect.”
Vista Global is the parent company of private jet flight providers VistaJet and XO.
The company said clients will benefit from “more than operational efficiency — it directly enhances end-to-end travel.”
It added, “Clients benefit from a modern, high-performing fleet backed by proactive maintenance and industry-leading parts support.”
Bombardier EVP Paul Sislian added, “The services and support agreement with Vista leverages our iconic Smart Parts programs and further deepens the relationship that exists between the two companies, providing cost protection for Vista’s Challenger and Global aircraft.”
In 2025, Vista was the third-largest private jet operator in the U.S. based on charter and fractional flight hours.
