The European very light jet operator has added sustainability as a long-term company goal
GlobeAir has launched a new CSER (Corporate Social and
Environmental Responsibility) roadmap 2020 and putting sustainability as one of
the company’s long-term goals.
The company is using the hashtag #WeArePlanetA. As part of the initiative, it will now be possible to offset one’s carbon footprint for private jet flights on GlobeAir.
Aviation accounts for just 2% of all carbon emissions. Business aviation’s carbon emissions are about 2% of the aviation total, and 0.04% of global human-made emissions.
The jet card broker has debuted its Easy Private Jet Carbon Offset System tool

provider Paramount Business Jets (PBJ) has launched Easy Private Jet Carbon
Offset System, a new resource available not only to its clients but to the
entire private jet charter industry.
According to a press release, the new system is designed to
allow private jet passengers to mitigate pollution generated by their flight
for comparatively minimal financial or time costs.

Victor, an online air charter broker in Europe and the U.S. which previously disclosed plans for a Jet Card program, says it has launched a carbon offset program for customers. The program, in collaboration with Air BP and BP Target Neutral, is a proactive initiative to get ahead of key deadlines for reducing the private aviation sector’s overall environmental impact and improve the livelihoods of local communities around the world, the company said in a press release received by Private Jet Card Comparisons.
